Malandrino
Charming pizzeria offering a slice of Italian culture
Valparaíso can give off a very European vibe and this is quite evident in Malandrino, where Neapolitan-style pizzas are the order of the day. At this bijou eatery, the white-walled façade with turquoise wooden doors and shutters gives way to a cosy interior. Here the lovingly prepared creations of owner Patricio Caorsi are cooked in a sizeable wood-burning oven. Both food and atmosphere promise a truly authentic Italian experience in Chile’s second city.
