Arame centres on modern European fare, from everyday brunches to seafood dinners showcasing cutting-edge culinary techniques, while Fu Cheng, led by Michelin-starred chef Justin Yang, focuses on refined Min cuisine rooted in Quanzhou traditions. On the top floor, the Starlight Room’s open kitchen plates exquisite, elevated gastronomy in full view of diners at the reservation-only chef’s table, against the stunning backdrop of the Shanghai West Bund skyline. The signature Peacock Alley lounge rounds out the offering with a broad selection of hot and cold beverages and creative pastries.
