Summit to Shore
From Alpine peaks to Mediterranean shores, Aman’s sanctuaries invite you to journey through mountain, city and sea – soon connected by Amangati, setting sail in 2027
From the snow-covered peaks of the Dolomites to the sun-dappled shores of the Aegean, Aman’s European sanctuaries rest in pioneering locations, where inviting surrounds encourage guests to spend the months ahead exploring a trilogy of landscapes spanning mountain, city and sea.
In the heart of Italy’s UNESCO-protected peaks, Aman Rosa Alpina celebrates its first winter season since opening. A gateway to the Dolomite Superski domain, the hotel offers exclusive access to wintertime Alpine adventure from December through March, offering a balance of invigorating days on-piste immersed in nature’s grandeur, with evenings spent in the restorative three-storey Aman Spa or the comfort of a forest-view suite.

Meanwhile, in the French Alps, Aman Le Mélézin reopens for the season on 10 December 2025. Rising elegantly above Courchevel 1850, its enviable Bellecôte Piste positioning invokes an experience akin to a classic French château with unparalleled ski-in/ski-out facilities – a cherished winter refuge, where guests return year after year.
While some take to the slopes, elsewhere European cities beckon with seasonal splendour. On the banks of the Canal Grande, imposing Aman Venice stands as a historic landmark. Housed in a monumental palazzo, the property is a design marvel where Rococo works meet contemporary restraint. Blanketed in winter quietude, the hotel’s waterfront gardens, soaring dining spaces and opulent suites provide a stirring base for uncovering the essence of La Serenissima.

As cooler temperatures envelop most of the northern hemisphere, some sanctuaries still bask in the warmth of winter sun. One such destination is Marrakech, Morocco, where Amanjena unfolds as a palatial retreat comprised of shaded courtyards and rose-hued walls. Following recent enhancements spanning accommodation, wellness and dining, its standalone pavilions and villas, many with private pools, offer a rare invitation to restore balance and pause in the shadow of the High Atlas Mountains.

Further ahead, spring will once again make its anticipated return, bringing with it a sense of renewal. In harmony with nature’s patterns, Amanzoe will open its doors for the new season from April 2026, welcoming guests to a modern Acropolis overlooking the Aegean Sea. Here, private-pool pavilions and villas set among lavender-scented pathways capture the ease of Mediterranean living, guiding guests gently into the months ahead.

Whether journeying toward mountain peaks or seeking warmer horizons, Aman at Sea will soon combine both with its first vessel, Amangati, launching in spring 2027. Bringing Aman’s philosophy to the world’s waterways for the first time, the luxury motor yacht will trace the Mediterranean, from storied ports to remote isles. Just 47 suites will open directly to the sea, with expansive terraces and gracious service offering the privacy and sense of belonging that continue to define the Aman experience, no matter the terrain.
