The Ones Who Rise
McLaren’s debut brand film is a story of ambition, clarity and tenacity, spotlighting the company’s first series-production high-performance hybrid supercar, the Artura
The Ones Who Rise, a film by McLaren Automotive Asia Pacific, follows an architect who, in a moment of frustration, seeks clarity and inspiration in a solo night drive through the city. As the sun begins to rise, a moment of creative breakthrough occurs. Produced by multi-award-winning Asia-based production house VCF, the frames contain subtle details that speak to McLaren’s engineering heritage, its home, and the ethos McLaren has upheld since 1963.
The car featured is the Artura, McLaren’s first series-production high-performance hybrid supercar, a meticulously designed vehicle that epitomises the manufacturer’s bar-raising legacy with lightweight carbon-fibre engineering, a finely tuned suspension system and a V6 twin-turbocharged hybrid powertrain. The aerodynamic lines of its low profile flash through the night towards the dawn, as the protagonist rises above the pressure to seek the inspiration he needs.
The film highlights not the vehicle’s performance, but the vision behind it. A constant drive towards something better; a relentless focus on refinement and innovation. The return to night at the end is not a conclusion, but rather a declaration: there is no finish line, only forward.

Those who choose McLaren do so because of what it represents. A producer of lightweight, ultra-high-performance supercars, McLaren is discerning and confident, always working towards the next great thing. The Artura embodies that spirit, reaching for and surpassing the uncompromising standards of those for whom it was conceived in the unending pursuit of excellence.
