Novel eatery adds to appeal of Aspen hostelry



Aspen’s only ski-in/ski-out hotel, a Relais & Châteaux property, Little Nell thinks big when it comes to innovations and adaptations for each winter. One such change for the 2015/2016 season was the introduction of dining in a private yurt, T-Lazy-7 Ranch.
Transported from the main hotel by snowcat, guests can sample meals from The Little Nell kitchen, along with wine selected and served by one of the hotel’s sommeliers, in pioneering conditions.
