A new property with a winning formula

The Big Apple version of Ian Schrager’s game-changing boutique brand brings together some familiar names in the form of the building – the landmark Metropolitan Life Tower – and in the hotel’s signature restaurant where Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton resumes a partnership with the entrepreneur that began with the Berners Tavern at the London Edition. Atherton – with restaurateur Stephen Starr –  heads up the Clocktower, serving contemporary British cuisine at the  273-key joint that just oozes style throughout.
