South African billionaire Paul Harris converted his waterfront estate into one of Cape Town’s top boutique hotels. The 11 rooms have been given a sleeker, more contemporary look following a revamp earlier this year, but what hasn’t changed one bit is the spectacular sunset view overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from the terrace.
