Contemporary Italian bites at the Bellagio
At Lago in the Bellagio, chef Julian Serrano reimagines Italian cuisine onto small plates at his third Vegas establishment, following the tapas theme of his French and Spanish restaurants. The menu covers all the bases in Italian favourites, including crunchy crostini, pastas with juicy fillings and sauces, as well as full-size plates and sashimi bites with notes of citrus, to name a few. On Sundays between 11am and 2:30pm, come for the three-course Lago Brunch, made complete with a view of the Bellagio fountains.
