GLAM Restaurant
Enrico Bartolini's Venice venture
Nestled in a secluded courtyard in the Palazzo Venart, among and under the cover of sweet-scented magnolia trees, is GLAM Restaurant by two-Michelin-starred Enrico Bartolini, his most recent creation.

Up to 30 guests can experience the location, either inside or out, with the chance to sample classic Venetian dishes that have been refreshed and revised with modern techniques and intriguing additions. Combine this with fine wines and fine service and the result is unmissable.
