Tre Galli
Contemporary enoteque bistro
One of the restaurants to kick start Quadrilateral Romano’s redevelopment into the hip hangout the area has flourished as for some 20 years now, Tre Galli stands as a contemporary enoteche with French bistro leanings. Sister establishment to the city’s oldest, Tre Galline, Tre Galli blends Piedmont regionality with Mediterranean ingredients, chef Andrea Chiuni’s menu encompassing such dishes as spaghettini with chard pesto, glands and pine nuts, and octopus with grilled radicchio salad and orange sauce. The wine list reaches generous heights, with some 1,200 labels on offer.
