To put it in the parlance of its moneywise neighbour, the much-lauded launch is indicative of the rising stock of the classical bistro in the city of lights. American chef Daniel Rose is putting modern interpretations of classic French bistro dishes front and centre at his new restaurant. The result: luxury comfort food.
