Japanese izakaya in Italy
Fresh in the fashionable Palazzo Fendi – home also the Fendi’s sophisticated new lodgings – chef Rainer Becker brings his popular informal Japanese dining brand Zuma to bear, and with it a relaxed new space for Romans to kick back and enjoy sushi, robatayaki grilled delights and, evocative of a nation known for its vinicultural prowess and exclusive to this Italian outpost, a private dining table within the restaurant’s wine cellar. The two-floor eatery also boasts rooftop terrace, bar and lounge with sundowner atmosphere.
