Whether dining elegantly indoors or on the outdoors terrace overlooking the five-hectare garden, romance is in the air at Il Palagio at the Four Seasons Florence. The Michelin-starred kitchen run by Vito Mollica celebrates simplicity but always with a delicious twist: quail filled with apricots served with creamed celeriac, or the award-winning cacio e pepe with red prawns and marinated baby squid, are prime examples.
