Capim Santo
Enduring eatery for Brazilian food cooked with French techniques

It’s trad Brazilian food but with a distinctively mod Euro lightness of touch, perfectly exemplified in dishes such as the heart palm croquette with rangpur lime sauce, the tapioca churros with Serra da Canastra cheese and the sea bass with herbs and nuts crust served with Brazilian ratatouille.
