Set inside historical Hotel Königshof, this eatery is a paradox of innovation and tradition masterminded by head chef Martin Fauster, an Austrian native who has garnered a Michelin star for his work with seasonal ingredients and their artful presentation. The degustation option offers a four-course journey from prawns to panna cotta, but the Martin Fauster menu is an eight-course odyssey all its own.
