Citing design cues from 1920s show-era Tokyo and cult film Blade Runner, endless aged concrete and weathered timber frame the dining space of Ramusake, where classic Japanese flavours take a modern hue in the theatrical robata grill, skewers and sushi rolls, and playing up to the cool, casual vibe of the place, the sake bar and lounge provide places to prop or drop into the night.
