Boasting such toothsome dishes as Peking duck with Prunier caviar and jasmine tea smoked pork ribs, the Oriental izakaya flair the popular restaurant brand Hakkasan has introduced to many of the world’s metropoles is very much present at Ling Ling, the latest culinary outpost to open in the Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech. Taking the Hakkasan core dining concept and twisting it into a bar-come-restaurant, the experience extends out to an open-air terrace, which complements the mood-lit interior space, providing a mountainous backdrop to the delectable Japanese yuzu and Thai chilli cocktails.
