La Villa des Orangers
Refined exotic dishes with a nod to the Med
Before you even sample the worldly flavours fusing East and West assembled by chef Jean-Claude Orly, be seduced by a flurry of exotic scents and dazzling colours. Once settled, dine in the opulent wood-walled inside space, the delightful courtyard or the dome vista-filled rooftop terraces. Lunch consists of free-range chicken salad, Chinese cabbage and bean sprouts or dried prunes and almonds beef tagine, among many others, while for dinner, why not taste a roasted sea-bass fillet with pumpkin royale and chicken sauce, or pastilla with free-range chicken, duck foie gras and dried fruits chutney.
