Mister Percy
Intimacy and charm in Pyrmont
This intimate, charming bistro is housed in a historic former wool store in Pyrmont, with an aesthetic rooted in modernity but with touches of historicity. It is inspired by Mister Ewart Percy, a local wool classer and gentleman who oft frequented the premises in its original form.

Believing that sharing is indeed caring, Mister Percy offers fine food platters to share, packed with classic Mediterranean flavours carefully crafted from local seasonal produce. The fare is accompanied by the curated wine selection, which also celebrates Med-tinged notes and is sourced from selected local and European producers.
