                                Styled in the manner of New Orleans saloon, here blackened fish and crab cakes from the Louisiana Gulf Coast and all manner of southern delights comprise the menu – think Texas-style smokehouse brisket and buttermilk-soaked fried chicken. Beneath an intricate carved-wood overhang, the bar pours up whiskies and absinthe, and out back the smoker prepares succulents cuts of meat beside the cosy open air garden-terrace.
