MC Kitchen
A modern twist on good old-fashioned Italian cuisine
Located in the Miami Design District, chef-partner Dena Marino uses seasonal ingredients and time-honoured techniques to bring modern Italian food to the area, serving up roasted pear and cheese fiocchi with white-truffle cream and stone-oven-roasted octopus at her wildly popular and suitably stylish MC Kitchen. The New Jersey native also has an interesting take on that old staple pizza, with black truffle, farm egg and brussels sprouts just one of the intriguing combination of toppings.
