CUT Los Angeles
Modern American steakhouse by Wolfgang Puck
At the five-star Beverly Wilshire Hotel, CUT is a classic steak restaurant by Chef Wolfgang Puck located in the heart of Beverly Hills. Reflecting the establishment’s sophisticated air, the restaurant serves prime Japanese Wagyu beef and a signature dish of American Wagyu beef short ribs, slow-cooked for eight hours in Indian spices. Adjacent to CUT is the lounge area called Sidebar, where small “rough cuts” are served alongside a selection of fine wines and innovative cocktails.
