Top-class American steakhouse given a sprinkle of Gallic magic



It was a 2009 revamp of The Betsy South Beach hotel that brought Laurent Tourondel’s LT Steak & Seafood to Miami. It may be the creation of the celebrated French chef but it captures the spirit of an all-American steakhouse down to a T. The USDA Prime, Wagyu and Certified Black Angus beef cuts are complemented by Tourondel’s 3 Mustards, Roquefort, and Chimichurri sauces, while for those who prefer seafood by the sea, a variety of fish feature among the weekly specials.
