Galvin at Windows
French haute cuisine and high views over Hyde Park
On the 28th floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane, the location is not the only high. Galvin at Windows is a Michelin-awarded fine-dining destination run by chef-patron Chris Galvin. Serving modern French haute cuisine, guests can choose between the three-course prestige menu (seasonally inspired with the finest ingredients) and the degustation menu by head chef Joo Won: a seven-course delight with the option of being paired with wines selected by the head sommelier. A kids menu is also available, while at the bar, a superb whisky collection and smaller tapas-style bites await.
