Ceviche Old Street
Buzzing Peruvian restaurant by Martin Morales
Martín Morales’ third restaurant – Andina and Ceviche Soho are his other offerings in London – naturally deals in Peru’s favourite fish dish; The Don, the daddy of all ceviches, for instance, is made with sea bass, amarillo chilli tiger’s milk, sweet potato, red onion, and limo chilli. For an alternative seafood immersion, guests can look forward to Martín’s Pulpo Parrillero: a fantasy of grilled octopus teamed up with potatoes, cherry tomatoes and a Bojita olive mayo. Ceviche Old Street is also making and bottling its own Pisco Punch on site, a delectable cocktail made with pineapple, sweet vermouth and bitters as well as Peruvian Pisco.
