Keeping things fresh, young and avant garde has never been an issue for this internationally renowned, 20-year-old Stockholm institution, which has not only survived, but thrived since its move from the archipelago to the city-centre islet of Djurgården two years ago. Husband-and-wife team Magnus Ek and Agneta Green were recently gilded with a second Michelin star for their waterfront two-in-one restaurant (Krog for fine dining and Slips for more casual fare and atmosphere).
