After earning two Michelin stars at the Capri Palace Hotel & Spa, German chef Oliver Glowig has followed fellow countryman Heinz Beck of La Pergola into the unofficial hall of fame when it comes to haute Roman cuisine. Oliver Glowig lures gourmands in search of gastronomic indulgence to the recently installed kitchens of the Aldrovandi Villa Borghese hotel, where he has already earned two Michelin stars for his rich Mediterranean culinary creations – a tribute to his adoptive city – while the impeccable wine list features champagne labels for real connoisseurs.
