Refit adds seafood and photo opportunity spots

This restaurant-bar combo at the Belmond Jimbaran Puri returns after a top-to-toe refurb. Standouts on the sparkling new menu, pumped up with delectable seafood, include the squid-ink spaghetti and king tiger prawn or the Bali yellowfin-tuna loin. From the land, French, Mediterranean and Asian influences meet to help form delicious staples such as the twice-cooked organic chicken breast or the soft and tender sous-vide beef cheek with creamy polenta, mango and cornichon relish. The refit draws the focus towards the hotel’s scenic spots, meaning your meal will be further marinated with photo opportunities of the sea and sunsets beyond.
