To anyone familiar with Hakkasan’s other restaurants around the globe, this Jumeirah Emirates Tower Hotel outpost will be a known entity – oak wood latticing with dark toned decor and gold accenting, the immaculate Cantonese dishes masterminded by International Executive Chef Ho Chee Boon come in clay pots and plates consist of fragrant, authentic ingredients. Setting this spot apart from its other excellent branches however, the vast 112-cover terrace – a leafy, pavilioned space that opens out the Hakkasan experience into the city’s skies.
