Heure Bleue Palais Rooftop
Pescatarian lunches in Essaouira

The Terrace Grill atop the Heure Bleue Palais Rooftop is neatly tucked between the pool and deck area, boasting gorgeous views of the ocean and across the ancient medina. For lunch, light pescatarian delicacies by chef Ahmed Handour are served, which include octopus salad, fish of the day and whole-wheat couscous with preserved lemon and olives, as well as the local delicacy: whole grilled Essaouira sardines. Guests benefit from complimentary access to the heated pool and can spend the night in the Moroccan-styled suites of the Heure Bleue. The Essaouira medina is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with a beautiful fishing port to add to the travel agenda.
