If its fairy-tale palace facade conjures up expectations of grand, opulent rooms and fine dining, then Les Airelles more than delivers in the 37 guest rooms, 14 suites and private apartment, decorated with great refinement throughout, and its selection of eateries. Of the latter, the standout option is Pierre Gagnaire pour Les Airelles, a two Michelin star masterpiece that has an intimate, exclusive feel that somewhat belies the grandeur that surrounds it.
