The Istanbul EDITION
A game-changing brand proves a hit in Turkey
The second opening of Ian Schrager’s über-cool hotel chain was this 15-storey, 78-room boutique beauty in the Levent area of Istanbul. Designed in collaboration with New York firm Gabellini Sheppard, the interiors ooze modern sophistication with a silvery gold and bronze colour scheme, while a three-story spa by ESPA, the Turkish-themed Gold Bar, a drawing room and screening room, meeting studios, business centre and event space make it a lively hub in which to relax or work.
