The St. Regis Istanbul

Shopping-adjacent suites with views of the Bosphorus

This April opening, on the European side of the Bosphorus in the cultural hotspot of Nişantaşı, boasts some 130 rooms and suites, including the St. Regis’ second Bentley Suite. The Wolfgang Puck helmed Spago restaurant stands apart for its terrace views of Maçka park and the river, while artistically appointed spaces such as the reception area and its striking Lasvit chandelier, follow a baseline aesthetic of gentle 1920s Art Deco elegance. The objets spread throughout mostly hail from the addresses’ owners – the Demsa Group – private collection; an early taste of their upcoming Museum Koleksiyon project to house the collection, from the same architect that masterminded the hotel, perchance.
