Maalifushi by COMO
An indulgent retreat with emphasis on wellbeing

Everything seems effortless at this new resort in the remote southwest of the archipelago. The design, all billowing white linens, high ceilings and hardwood floors, has a pared-down, contemporary feel with nods to the owners’ Asian heritage. As standard in the Maldives, accommodation sits over water or on the beach, although not all have private pools. Holistic healing is a trademark of the COMO group, and the resort’s spa doesn’t disappoint. Restaurants are seafood oriented and families are readily embraced.
