The Oberoi Mauritius
A relaxed resort with a tropical feel

Set in nearly eight hectares of gardens on the northwest coast, The Oberoi is home to 72 palm-thatched pavilions and villas, all with four-poster beds, private terraces and marble bathrooms. Royal and Luxury villas have private pools. Of the three restaurants, the Gunpowder Room is the most special, seating up to three couples in an atmospheric colonial building. Relax around the main pool or in the spa, where therapies include Balinese and Ayurvedic treatments, and guests can partake in yoga and meditation sessions.
