The tasting menu changes daily at the ever-evolving fine dining destination, set on the 55th floor of Rialto Tower. A favourite spot for occasion dinners with views stretching across the city, the reservation-only restaurant harvests much of the produce used from its own farm, Burnham Beeches in Sherbrook Forrest, and boasts an extensive cellar, with global wines by the glass and bottle – and if dinner isn’t in the cards, the views from neighbouring sister property Lui Bar are equally breathtaking.
