Iberian elegance meets the roaring 20s at this new 200-seat gastro hub, with an emphasis on old-meets-new cuisine. Tatel Miami – housed in The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach – is headed up by Nobu Miami’s former executive chef Nicolas Mazier. As you would expect, rice and pasta dishes feature prominently on the tapas menu, as do seafood options, but the highlight is Tatel’s succulent tortilla trufada (Spanish omelette with truffle) – an asset so famed it has its own YouTube video.
