Punkish creative cuisine in London’s Mayfair

Having established the only three-Michelin starred restaurant in Madrid – DiverXO – young Spaniard David Muñoz has finally managed to open the doors of his Mayfair outpost, two years after initially planned. Much in the same vein of his first StreetXO eatery (also in Madrid), here the inspiration lies in approachable street food, albeit with Muñoz signature eclecticism. Here he works a punk-rock vibe with an experimental menu and graffiti-covered decor, which sits in sharp contrast to the restaurant’s genteel surroundings.
