Aquavit
The march of modern Nordic cuisine continues
Following the two-Michelin-starred success of its hybrid bistro-come-fine dining outpost in Midtown, New York, and subsequent openings in Stockholm and Tokyo, Aquavit expands west again with this new opening in London’s St James’s Market. In keeping with its characteristically minimalist decor, here with a slant toward the casual, Aquavit London indulges all-day visits with a seasonally changing menu of sharable plates such as shrimp Skagen, Graved lax and Vendace roe and heartier dishes including Venison tartare with wild blueberries, lingonberries and juniper.
