Saltz
Artsy all-day hangout at the Dolder Grand
Situated within the stately alpine fortress of the Dolder Grand Hotel, this Rolf Sachs-designed eatery draws upon signature Swiss imagery to leave an indelible impression hewn in salt, rock and felt, and defined with subtle neon signage. In itself inspiration for chef Patrick Hetz and his internationally leaning all-day menu, the 200-seat-plus space encompasses an airy interior, outdoor terrace and lounge-cum-bar pouring cocktails and a selection of Swiss edelbrands.
