Housed in the revamped Roscoli family grocery store, this atypical restaurant and wine bar puts emphasis on the quality of the raw materials they work with, sourcing only ingredients from Italy’s most elite producers. Sample perfect pastas, salads, masterful cheese and samuli – including culatello – but don’t miss its famous pizza bianca with mortadella and the traditional pasta alla carbonara e alla gricia.
