Spectacular dining à la Alain Ducasse

As if the name Alain Ducasse (and his two Michelin stars) didn't shine brightly enough, the Plaza Athénée has created a revamped space which underscores brilliance of his cuisine. The menu has also been overhauled and now focuses on vegetables and seafood, with sustainability and origin taking centre-stage in a haute cuisine adaptation of the farm-to-table movement.
