Restaurant Ask
New Nordic innovation cooked with effortless invention

Head chef Fillip and his sommelier wife Linda deliver an intimate neighbourhood dining experience at their bijou 30-seat Ask restaurant. Simple, delicate freshness is the onus here and the dishes, often brought out by Fillip himself, who explains them, are often masterpieces of understatement in presentation containing explosions of flavour within. Championing the New Nordic style of cuisine dishes here are unctuous and innovative on the constantly changing menu with standout dishes including the likes of carrots, hazelnut and reindeer with seabuck thorn, hazelnut mayo, hollandaise sauce and wild mushrooms.
