Those looking for a taste of Bohemia can’t go wrong at at this iconic Old Town eatery, where Chef Oldřich Sahajdák – who recently became the third Czech ever awarded a Michelin star – creates lavish dishes based on late-Habsburg era recipes. Here, diners hunker down on comfy brown leather armchairs, indulging in refined plates served as part of one of two degustation menus – the chef’s own, a succession of eleven plates featuring classic Czech ingredients like cabbage, pork and carp, accompanied by expert wine pairings by sommelier Roman Novotný.
