NYC’s ultra-popular French-Italian joint has hit the Maximum City on the 8th storey of its stylish Leela outpost, offering up refined takes on zesty favourites like spaghetti primavera or paupiette of black bass and dover sole, most based on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, which also feature heavily in the restaurants impressive selection of vegetarian rations. In its beautifully appointed wine cellar, the restaurant stocks some 250 carefully curated international wines.
