What began some 85 years ago as a catering service delivering masterfully prepared dishes direct to the doors of Hong Kong’s elite, today the roles are reversed somewhat. A four-storey restaurant in Wan Chai, the elite now flock to Fook Lam Moon for the same Canton classics. Here extensive menus of dim sum and à la carte plates have captured the minds and taste buds of the city since opening in 1972.
