Hara Museum
Intimate viewing of contemporary masterpieces
Originally a private home, Hara Museum’s intimate surroundings allow viewers to get up-close and personal with the works of leading contemporary artists across several disciplines. Regularly showing the key touring exhibitions from major venues abroad, the museum also has its own impressive collection to be proud of: Yves Klein, Mark Rothko and Lucio Fontana feature alongside big names from home ¬such as Yayoi Kusama and Yasuhisa Morimura. With well-curated shows utilising its unique space and accompanying events attended by exhibiting artists, it is definitely worth the journey to provoke one’s senses.
