The American Bar
Classic bar with drinks strictly shaken or stirred

At the 2014-opened Beaumont hotel in Mayfair, the latest addition to London’s American bars is as spot on and glamorous as its 1920s-loving counterparts. Inspired by the era’s defining bars in London and Paris, this venue is distinctly masculine with a gentlemen’s club feel, marked by its formal leather seating, walnut interior and classic decor, with walls lined with hundreds of photographs of American and British celebrities. Specialising in bourbons and American whiskies, the bar also features a classic champagne cocktail list and the house drink The Beaumont, made with gin, dry sherry, elderflower, fresh lemon juice, and topped with champagne.
