This clubby bar at design hotel Nobis benefits from the considerable knowhow of American transplant Robert “Robbie” Radovic, who has created a selection of curiously named elixirs like the “I Told You I’d Be Back”, a rum-bourbon-vanilla blend, or the “Long Kiss Goodnight” with cloudberries and white rum. Interiors shrouded in mirrors accented by atmospheric lights only serve to add to the venue’s novelty.
