Casa Cavia
Upscale mansion with a gem of a patio bar
This 1927-constructed mansion, underwent two years of facelifts to become an upscale cultural space that was one of 2015’s most anticipated openings. A florist, perfumier, bookstore and restaurant jostle for space here but the surefire hit is the stunning patio bar. The classy cocktail list is compiled by top Argentine bartender Inés de los Santos. Kick back outdoors under the mandarin trees next to the vertical garden and relaxing water features sipping a GinOmmTonic, a contemporary upgrade on G&T.
